Remembrance Day TT
With the Sufferfest Videos being the meat and potatoes of cycling for the summer it is wise to get in a TT to establish my numbers.
We did a 30 minute warm up.

last year's November TT - Avg HR - 147 Avg. Speed 23.9KMPH
This year's November TT - Avg HR 138 Avg. Speed 23.8 KMPH
The more things change, the more they stay the same.
